Living Water in the Bible is a metaphor for the work of the Holy Spirit in your life. Jesus said, “if anyone one is thirsty, come to me and drink” (John7:37-38). In Psalm 1:2 we are told that we are blessed when we meditate on the Lord – day and night – when we draw our strength from God. We encourage our church family to get together for prayer, study, reflection and fellowship and we provide several ways to do so.
We have several different home fellowship groups and Bible Study options in homes of members or at one of our centres, on various evenings and days of the week. Check with the office about times and availability.

Starting with a time to connect, relax and build relationships – alpha then explores the big issues of life and faith and unpack the basics of Christian belief, addressing questions like “Who is Jesus?”, “Why and how do I pray?” and “How does God guide us?”
But it’s also a chance to share thoughts and ideas on the topic, and hear from others in a friendly, honest and open environment. Held over 8 weeks, the next series is planned for February-March 2026 at our Carina Heights centre. Please contact the office for more information.
